The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had good equipment, and the location of the apartment was good. It was easy to access different places of interest from the apartment. The balcony had a stunning view of Pico mountain.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was damp and musty smelling. The strong odor repellent spray used to overcome the damp odor was overpowering.

Enjoyed the stay but suggest that something is done about the chickens (cocks) that wake you up at 4am in the morning....Did not also appreciate the pricing strategy where we were attracted by the price at 120 but then had to pay 14 per child per night for an appartment that was designed and advertised for our family size (2 adults, 3 kids). The appartment was finally rather small for a family of 5 especially when having the table and having to pay per child

i don't understand why there is a four-star associated with the hotel. for me, it is a normal apartment and for 95 euros per night, i honestly do not think it is money for value, although hotels in small islands do tend to be more expensive.

Booked at the last minute the day before Carnaval. Got there by foot an hour later but there was no one in the office (they weren't expecting anyone), but a call to the number in the window and they soon arrived. Excellent room beautiful view over the old town and harbour, with upper loft, lots of space and all amenities (stove / oven / fridge / 3 TVs -- 2 flat screen / nice tub). Excellent value for the money

I enjoyed staying in this apartment with its great location. It was close to the main boulevard and the city center, making it easy to explore the city by foot. The cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding and I appreciated the well-maintained facilities. Also, the private terrace provided a beautiful view of the city, the sea, and the volcano in the distance.

Cosy apartments, very close to the center, confortable beds and very nice staff.

The only negative aspect of these Apartments are the chicken cocks in the neighbour house. Latest at 6 am you start hearing them and can't sleep anymore. Hopefully this will be solved soon and then the apartments will really be a nice place to stay.

We loved the location which is within walking distance of the harbour. The views of Pico Island from the bedrooms were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the place! The only thing we would change would be to have a better equipped kitchen.

The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals. we enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. The location was perfect, very close to the city center, and we were able to walk around without any trouble. The best part was the free parking, it was very convenient and it saved us some money.

We had a little trouble sleeping because of some noise around the area. we got bitten by some mosquitoes as there were no screens at the windows, which was quite uncomfortable.

The staff were most helpful and friendly they are a major asset to this accomodation. The location was great and the appartments lovely, nicer that we expected from the website. We had a fab week at sea week in horta if and when(hopefully) I return I will look no further that this accomodation it was really great

I really found what I looked for. I came to Azores for the fishing and it is worth spending money there. That's why I looked for the not expensive apartments. On the other side I looked for the good quality place because it was our wedding trip. And everything was great beginning of the transfer from the airport. Staff was polite and helpful, the room is spacious, the kitchen is clean and enough of utensils what was important for me because I used to make a breakfast myself. Finally I'll recommend this place to other.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The apartment was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the elevator, especially when carrying my luggage. The fact that the apartment had air conditioning was a huge plus, as it made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast service was top-notch, with a varied and abundant spread delivered to my apartment at the time I requested. I also appreciated the fact that parking was free, and there was even a gym nearby where I could join zumba lessons.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, as it offers enhanced comfort, quality services, and a prime location.

The staff and accommodations were great. The view of the bay and the volcano Pico from the upper balcony room was even better than I could have imagined. The "suite" was clean and nicely laid out. Having the kitchen was a great plus too..The location was perfect for walks down to the bay.
